Douglas Marr of Keliher Real Estate Inc. and Michael Carucci of ERA Boston have sold 27-35 Temple Place in the Ladder District for $3.7 million. The building is a mixed retail/office space anchored by the Windsor -Button store. The property is 22,500 s/f. The seller was Core Investments and the buyer is E.D. Properties. Marr and Carucci will act as leasing agents for the office space and have leased the 4,000 s/f, first floor retail.
