Team Fletcher, Coldwell Banker Millett sells 13,800 s/f office

Kevin Fletcher, CCIM, of Team Fletcher, Coldwell Banker Millett Realty sold a 13,800 s/f office building at 230 Bartlett St. to Olberding Trust for $1.91 million. The seller was Bartlett Ptrs., LLC. Terry Hewitt of Belanger Realty represented the buyer. The building will be leased to Tri County Mental Health Services.
