The sellers were represented by Helen Macdonald, sales associate and Midge Berkery, sales associate and the buyers were represented by Tom Wegner, sales associate: all of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.
According to data available from Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, this is the sixth highest sale in Barrington this year. Agents of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty also represented clients in four of the top ten sales in the town this year.
