Bristol, RI Residential Properties Ltd sold 165 Poppasquash Rd. for the price of $1.7 million. This was the second-highest sale in Bristol this year, and RPL has now been involved in the top three highest sales in Bristol during 2020. Sales associate Laurie Fletcher, a member of RPL’s Barrington office, represented the buyers. 

This Mid-Century home is located on four acres with harbor views on Poppasquash Point. The home was completely renovated in 2016 and features a modern design and wide-open living spaces, like the multiple Great Rooms and the formal dining and living rooms. The chef’s kitchen features high-end appliances, marble center island, and a breakfast area. The home has five bedrooms, including a suite on both the first and second floors.
