Morris and Gaucher of O,R&L complete 44,640 s/f $1.825m sale

Jay Morris and Bob Gaucher, CCIM, SIOR of O,R&L Commercial, LLC recently completed the sale of a 44,640 s/f industrial building at 145 Commerce Way for $1.825 million. O,R&L represented the seller, Oakland Road Associates LLC. The buyer, AD&M Associates LLC, was represented by David Murdock of Sentry Commercial Real Estate. The property had formerly been occupied by NAMCO which has relocated to another South Windsor location. O,R&L is a full service real estate firm with three divisions: commercial real estate brokerage, commercial construction and facility management.
