Milford, CT According to Barbara Pearce, chair and CEO of Pearce Real Estate, Kimra Pierre has joined the local office as a residential sales associate.

Kimra has been a resident of Pleasantville, NY for the past 12 years and has raised her two children as active members of the community. She is well-versed in the local market and eager to share area properties with buyers and help sellers unlock the unique values of their homes. On a daily basis, Kimra monitors home price trends, inventory changes and other factors that affect local buyers and sellers and applies her market knowledge, high energy, and enthusiasm to meet all of her clients’ goals.
Additionally, Kimra is passionate about giving back to her community and involved with multiple charities and social organizations including the Pleasantville PTA, Pleasantville Recreational Center, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) and The Clara Baton Center for Diabetes.
Kimra received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing from the College of Westchester and studied at the New York Institute of Art and Design with a focus on Interior Design and Home Staging. She is a member of Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors (HGAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), New York Association of Realtors (NYAR), Hudson Gateway Multiple Listing Service (HGMLS), New Haven Middlesex Association of Realtors (NHMR) and SmartMLS.
