New Haven, CT Renee Stevens of the North Haven Commercial office of Pearce Real Estate has completed the lease of 1,200 s/f of retail space at 1296 State St. Stevens represented both the landlord, Luigj Ulaj, and the tenant, Mindless Thoughts, LLC, in the transaction.

The tenant, Mindless Thoughts, is excited to be moving to their new location, having been in business in the city since 2012. LaDrea Moss and Brianna Triplett are proud that their company strives to provide its consumers with a creative, up-to-date appealing urban fashion that anyone would feel proud to wear.
