Pembroke, MA The Conrad Group has negotiated the sale of a five-building, 70,000 s/f industrial park located at 708 Washington St. Two of the five buildings are leased and three are currently empty. 

The buyer, an entity of Dynavac headquartered in Hingham, plans to expand into the vacant space. Dynavac manufactures high-vacuum systems for thin film deposition, space simulation and custom engineered applications.

James McEvoy of The Conrad Group represented Dynavac in the transaction while the seller was represented by Linda Houllahan of Jacob Realty. 

According to the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds the sale price was $4.165 million.
