Pascucci of SVN The Masiello Group completes sale of two properties

Manchester, NH SVN The Masiello Group has completed the sale of 345 Cilley Rd. Chris Pascucci of SVN represented the seller of the 5,558 s/f building. Per the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds the property sold for $687,000 to Cilley Road Holdings LLC.

SVN The Masiello Group has also completed the sale of 8 Jennifer Dr. in Merrimack, NH. According to Pascucci, who represented the seller Claude Raymond, the property was purchased by 8 Jennifer Drive LLC.

The former assisted living facility consists of 10,557 s/f and sits on over an acre of land with access to the Everett Tpke. 

According to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds, the selling price for this building was $875,000.
