The three-story, 17,627 s/f office building is strategically located ¼ of a mile from Rte. 24, at the intersection of Rte. 24 and Turnpike St. It has excellent visibility and offers excellent office space.
The new buyer, 10 Cabot Place, LLC plans to occupy the building. Adam Meixner of 128 CRE represented the buyer.
Robert Conrad and James McEvoy of The Conrad Group, represented the seller.
According to the Norfolk Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $2.15 million.
