Glickman Kovago & Co. brokers lease to CVS

CVS Caremark celebrated the grand opening of a newly constructed store at 44 West Boylston St. The 1.8 acre parcel was leased from EJR Real Estate Trust. The full service store features a flu clinic. Michael Jacobs and James Glickman, both principals of Glickman Kovago & Co., handled the transaction.
