According to Cardente Real Estate, Happy Nail Salon & Spa has leased 1,543 s/f of retail space at Union Station Plaza at 296 St. John St. The transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord, Union Station LP by Matthew Cardente & Brian Giguere of Cardente Real Estate.
