The Stubblebine Co. represented the landlord, MacArthur Avenue, LLC, and R.W. Holmes Realty Co. represented the tenant in the transaction. Located less than two miles from Rte. 2, 4 MacArthur is ensconced in the Devens Commerce Center. A new 55,500 s/f warehouse building will be constructed by second quarter 2022 and will feature 24’ clear height and 6,000 s/f of office space.
