Natick, MA Stonegate Group Management LLC has purchased a two-story 26,000 s/f office building located at 235 W Central St., on Rte. 135, for its new corporate headquarters. Stonegate owns a large commercial and residential portfolio and is a property management firm. They will occupy 6,000 s/f and plan to move in this month.

The $2.75 million sale was brokered by Marlene Aron of Metrowest Commercial Real Estate representing Stonegate in the purchase. The seller, CRC Realty Associates LLC, was represented by Craig Johnston of RW Holmes.

Aron said, “In a market where many office tenants are downsizing, the Stonegate Group seized the opportunity to expand their headquarters. The location offers easy accessibility to the Mass. Pike and has plenty of parking.“

Aron has been named exclusive leasing broker and will be marketing the entire 13,000 s/f first floor space which is sub-dividable.
