According to Sentry Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., Yale Electric, a Boston based lighting and appliance distributor, has purchased 22 East Newberry Rd. for $925,000. The 22,000 s/f two acre industrial property was owned by Newberry Road Associates. Sentry Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. represented the seller and Colliers, Dow and Condon represented the buyer in the transaction.
