Seekonk, MA Eric Schultheis of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal brokered the sale of 1530 Fall River Ave. The 12 acre parcel located on Rte. 6 was sold to Oracle Homes, LLC for $800,000. The new buyer has plans for a commercial development.
