Concord, NH Colliers has negotiated the sale of 44 Chenell Dr. to a local investor, New Sunset Realty.

Bob Rohrer and Dan Scanlon, of Colliers’ Manchester office, represented the seller, Chenell Drive Trust, and also assisted the buyer in the transaction.

The 21,000 s/f building on 2.41 acres is net leased to a regional tenant.

According to the Merrimack County Registry of Deeds, the property sold for $1.9 million.
