Hartford, CT Paul Bongiorni of SR Commercial Realty completed the sale of a four-parcel package in downtown. The transaction included a three-story office building at 450 Church St., and the adjoining lots. The sale price was $2.45 million.

The buyer was The Village for Families and Children, a nonprofit organization based in the city that needed additional office space. The sellers are area investors and contractors.

The building, which was originally a meat factory built in 1915, is 32,144 s/f including an underground parking garage. The parcels sold with the building were 456 Church St., 460 Church St., and 3 Hoadley Pl. The property is located across from Union Station, close to area landmarks like the XL Center and Bushnell Park, and features views of the Capitol Building.
