Glickman Kovago's Borus handles $175,000 sale to Sunny Hill Realty

Glickman Kovago  Co. brokered the sale of Lot 3 Pioneer Dr. The 1.47 acre parcel was purchased by Sunny Hill Realty, LLC for $175,000. Sunny Hill will construct a facility to accommodate their expansion of R  P Woodworking, Inc., a custom furniture manufacturing company. Jeff Borus, VP at Glickman Kovago, represented both parties.
