UMF's Cawley and Braun arrange sale by Chestnut Realty Trust

United Multi Family brokered the sale of a 28 unit apartment building at 28-36 Marlboro St., for $4.2 million ($150,000 per unit). Handled by Richard Cawley and Jason Braun of the New England office, the brick residences were sold by Chestnut Realty Trust to Brian Cherry with financing provided by Washington Mutual. The property has a gross annual income of $396,480.
