Stephen Press, SIOR, of Press/Cuozzo, was the listing broker for the seller, One Trumbull, LLC, and Joel Nesson, MBA, of Press/Cuozzo, procured the buyer, Trumbull Suites, LLC. The buyer plans to renovate most of the buildings for residential use with one commercial space.
