Hartford, CT Discovery, Diversity, and Disruption: The Pathway to Your Leadership Growth
Today, more than ever, leaders are defined by their success in creating inclusive environments and their ability to adapt to short-term and long-term disruptions. The Construction Institute’s 4th Annual AEC Leadership Conference will refresh your perspective on how to embrace DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) and adapt to disruption.
Our speakers include pioneers in DEI and the AEC industry, as well as an internationally-known trainer in adaptability. They will inspire you and equip you with the skills you need to create DEI programs that really work and to thrive in the face of change.
Discover your key strengths, reflect on pathways to leadership, and help develop future leaders who will continue to transform the AEC industry.
To maximize your experience, this year’s virtual conference is scheduled over two mornings, giving you time to focus on your leadership without sacrificing the time you need to get your work done!
