Worcester, MA The former Allegro MicroSystems property at 115 NW Cutoff, has been rebranded as the I-290Connector by Chacharone Properties.
In 2019, Chacharone Props. purchased the 40-acre site, including a 130,000 s/f building, a 50,000 s/f office building, and 21,000 s/f of additional storage facilities in the rear of the parcel. Maugel Associates of has been retained to redesign the two-story 130,000 s/f building in a way that is tailored to the needs of future tenants. Capital improvements are underway that are projected to be completed in 2022.
Kelleher & Sadowsky was hired by Chacharone specifically to market the 130,000 s/f flex/lab/office building.
