Manchester, NH Mike Reed, president of Stebbins Commercial Properties LLC negotiated the sale of the 2,754 s/f commercial building at 689 Union St. from LBG Holdings, Inc. to Stephanie McLaughlin.

Reed represented the seller, and assisted the buyer.

According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $290,000.
