Sleepy's is the largest mattress retailer on the northeast coast with over 350 stores and an unsurpassed reputation of quality, selection, and customer service. Rich Kornblatt of Julius M. Feinblum Real Estate Inc. represented the tenant and Levy represented the landlord, Rosen/Bedford Limited Partnership.
