New Haven, CT In a significant expansion move, Houlihan Lawrence, one of the leading real estate brokerage firms serving New York City’s northern suburbs, is growing its presence in Connecticut with the announcement that Wareck D’Ostilio is joining Houlihan Lawrence as an independently owned affiliate.

Wareck D’Ostilio’s 75 agents and five offices span New Haven, Milford, Woodbridge, Branford and Old Saybrook. The company will join Houlihan Lawrence’s footprint with 30 offices and 1,450 agents.
