Stebbins Commercial sells 30 Ohio Ave. for $350,000

Manchester, NH Tom Dickson of Stebbins Commercial Properties LLC negotiated the sale of three buildings (1,736 s/f, 768 s/f and 1,428 s/f) and three vacant lots at 30 Ohio Ave. from JAB Ohio Ave, Inc, to DA Boisvert Electric.

Dickson represented the seller, JAB Ohio Ave, Inc. and assisted the buyer.

According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $350,000.
