West Warwick, RI Horvath & Tremblay has completed the sale of four retail properties in New England for a total of $22.4 million.
Matt Nadler, Todd Tremblay and Bob Horvath of Horvath & Tremblay completed the sale of O’Reilly Auto Parts & Dollar Tree in West Warwick. Horvath & Tremblay represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $5 million. O’Reilly Auto Parts and Dollar Tree are located at 272 Cowesett Ave. The build to suit, two-tenant plaza is improved with O’Reilly Auto Parts and Dollar Tree and contains 16,225 s/f on a 1.91-acre parcel.
Horvath and Tremblay also facilitated the sale of a retail center in Nashua, N.H. Horvath & Tremblay represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $4.645 million. The retail center is located at 565-567 & 569 Amherst St. The build to suit, two-building, three-tenant property is improved with Willie Jewell’s BBQ, Day’s Jewelers, and Coldwell Banker and contains 10,760 s/f on a 1.24-acre parcel.
Horvath & Tremblay’s Hobart Hare and Daylan Skidmore completed the sale of Speedway in Hampton, N.H. Horvath & Tremblay procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $9.58 million. Speedway is located at 639 Lafayette Rd. The property consists of a 4,068 s/f Speedway Prototype with 16 fueling stations on 1 acre. The property is located across the street from a Hannaford’s and Walgreens, the area’s primary grocery store and pharmacy.
Dan Bernardini, Tremblay and Horvath of Horvath & Tremblay completed the sale of an Aspen Dental & Verizon in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Horvath & Tremblay represented the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $3.215 million. Aspen Dental and Verizon are located at 106 and 108 Colony Place. The build to suit, two-tenant plaza is improved with Aspen Dental and Verizon and contains 5,621 s/f. The property was constructed in 2010. The property is well located inside of Colony Place, a 1 million s/f mixed use development, located near the intersection of Rte. 3 and Rte. 44.
