STAG Capital Partners has purchased a 250,000 s/f fully-leased industrial building. The property, located at 300 Forum Parkway on a 17.44-acre site, was sold by Highwood Limited Partnership. The seller was represented by John Schultz and Hap Royster from Triad Commercial Properties. Built in 1993, the building is fully leased to Sonoco Products Company, which provides industrial and consumer packaging products, and packaging services worldwide.
