H. Pearce's Galvin arranges 14,500 s/f lease for Clark Dev.

According to H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate, Joel Galvin of H. Pearce has leased 14,500 s/f to manufacturer, The Greaves Co., at 11 Heritage Park Rd.   Galvin represented the landlord, Clark Development and the tenant, The Greaves Company.  This is a five year lease with options.
