Portsmouth, NH DeStefano & Associates, Inc. (DAI) is at different stages of five separate projects.

DAI has been awarded the contract to build a 110,000 s/f warehouse addition for Stonewall Kitchen in Dover. This fast track project will be complete by December 2022. This will bring the total warehouse size to 265,000 s/f. The architect is JSN.

DAI has been awarded the design and construction of Aroma Joes Coffee facilities in Salem, and Hudson. Both projects are underway and due to be opened by July 2022. The Hudson location is a stand-alone drive thru on Derry St. The Salem location is a pad site on the existing 97 Shoppes Plaza. The plaza has been renovated by DAI to include new siding, roofing, lighting, cupolas, and a gazebo. The architect for all projects is Tom House Architects.

DAI has completed a five-story, 9,680 s/f addition to the Nylon Corp. of America building on Sundial Ave. in Manchester. DAI has received a contract to design and build a 3,000 s/f R&D lab. The architect for the lab is Stephen Fleshman Architects, LLC.

DeStefano & Assocs. is completing the design and construction of 36 apartments at the former St. Joseph’s School in Haverhill, Mass. Occupancy is dated for June 2022. Stephen Fleshman Architects, LLC was the architect.
