Newington, CT Meridian Capital Group’s Abie Kassin, Lipa Lieberman, Ikey Betesh, and Morris Betesh closed on the sale of 353 Alumni Rd., a 614,610 s/f industrial property situated on 77 acres of land. 

The nearly 615,000 s/f, fully stabilized property features a short-term lease with below-market rents and has significant value-add potential. Meridian’s Kassin, Lieberman, and David Schechtman procured the buyer and Morris Betesh, and Ikey Betesh represented the seller.
