Parsons Commercial Grp.'s Morgan assists in VPH's 15,271 s/f lease

Parsons Commercial Group has assisted in the negotiations of a 15,271 s/f lease at 155 Northboro Rd. Vermont Pure Holdings, Ltd. (VPH) leased the space from 100 Tech Realty Trust. Matthew Morgan of Parsons represented the tenant and Bob McGuire of CBRE -New England represented the landlord. VPH was previously located at 104 Clematis Ave. in Waltham. The site will be a new distribution center for Eastern Mass.
