Knoxville, TN Cleeman Realty Group negotiated the $8.4 million off-market sale of a free-standing Kohl’s. The 86,900 s/f building is located at 5312 Washington Pike on a 32 acre lot.

Cleeman Realty Group represented the seller in the off-market transaction.

“The buyer was looking to add to an existing net lease portfolio of credit tenants achieving higher yields with shorter lease terms” said Cleeman.
