Mislak of SR Commercial Realty leases 5,100 s/f to Compass Recovery

Hatfield, MA Maggie Mislak of SR Commercial Realty brokered the 5,100 s/f lease agreement between Compass Recovery, LLC and Diamondback Properties, LLC at 65D Elm St.

Upon completion of the tenant build-out, the space will serve as the company headquarters for Compass Recovery, an addiction treatment facility.

65D Elm St. is located in the Historic District of town. The property is a former tobacco storage and distribution center which consists of 83,000 s/f of mixed-use, office and industrial warehouse space.
