Holyoke Financial Inc. has sold its portfolio of apartments to DB, LLC which includes 100 units located in ten locations throughout the city and all three and four-story walk-up brick buildings. Thomas King, CCIM of King & Newton, LLC commercial real estate negotiated the sale. The selling price was $1.85 million and financing was provided by Park National Bank of Illinois.
