New Dover and GBCP handle $650,000 sale

Northborough, MA Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc., procured the buyer, One Lyman Street LLC, in the sale of 4.17 acres of industrial zoned land located at 1 and 29 Lyman St. and 0 Bartlett St.

Bret O’Brien, president of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. (GBCP) represented the seller, The Black Stone Trust.

The purchase price for the 4.17 acres was $650,000.
