Boston, MA Nitsch Engineering continues its governance, ownership, and leadership transitions, with one new member joining the board of directors, one shareholder becoming a principal, and two key leaders promoted to vice presidents.
Anna Luciano, CPSM, director of marketing, has joined Nitsch Engineering’s board of directors. The seven-person board of directors is elected by the firm’s shareholders and is responsible for the overall direction and strategic vision of the firm. The Board now consists of (shown above from left to right) Anna Luciano; vice president and director of civil engineering Deborah Danik, PE, CPESC, LEED AP BD+C (vice chair of the board); director of IT Andres Repetto; president and chief executive officer Lisa Brothers, PE, ENV SP, LEED AP BD+C (chair of the board); vice president and chief operating officer Aaron Gallagher, PE, CFM, LEED AP; vice president and deputy director of transportation engineering Stephen Farr, PE, ENV SP, LEED Green Associate; and deputy director of planning Jennifer Johnson, PE, CFM, CPSWQ, LEED AP.
Danik has become a principal of Nitsch Engineering. After being a shareholder since 2015, she has now increased her ownership share to the principal level.
David Abramo, director of finance, and Josh Alston, PE, LEED AP BD+C, risk manager, have been promoted to vice presidents, in recognition of their leadership and positive impact on the operations.
