Joel Aho of O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. represented Gary Williams of Bay State Pallet Co. in the purchase of a 7,200 s/f building at 15 Foundation Ave. Steven DeSisto of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the seller, Patel Realty Trust, in the transaction. The sale price was $650,000 for the building and two acres of land.
