According to data available from Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, the sale of 28 Narragansett Bay Ave. is the second highest Warwick sale on record. Agents of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty have represented five of the six clients in the top three sales in Warwick so far this year.
