Lyman Real Estate sells 27 North Main St. to Noe

Old Saybrook, CT Architect David Noe has purchased the property at 27 North Main St., and will be moving 360 Design Plus, his full-service architectural firm, from Old Lyme to the new location.

Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate Brokerage & Development, represented the seller Peter Alvord, who has relocated his Shoreline Sewing Machine Co. to The Velvet Mill in Stonington.
