The Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker commercial division leased 3,600 s/f of office space to Thoughtful Little Angels - USA at 767 Hartford Ave. Greg Micalef of Olympus Group represented the tenant and Ann Foncellino represented the landlord, Bertoldi Enterprises.
