Newton, MA R.W. Holmes negotiated a new office lease of 6,168 s/f to Industrial Video & Control.

Industrial Video & Control, a manufacturer of rugged IP cameras and video management software for industrial, commercial, and military applications, leased space from Legacy Real Estate Ventures at 189 Wells Ave. R. W. Holmes director of corporate services Elizabeth Holmes and managing director Dean Blackey represented Industrial Video & Control in the transaction. Newmark represented Legacy Real Estate Ventures.
