Lauderdale, FL in the sale of Monahan’s Marine located at 390, 396, & 396 Rear Washington St., for $8 million. The sale consisted of three buildings totaling 30,650 s/f on 7.4 acres as well as the business acquisition. The deal closed on October 7th.
Monahan’s Marine has been a staple of the local South Shore community since 1961 providing marine services and products for mariners. According to the Curreris, the business will now be known as Monahan’s Marine Service and Supply, Inc. They are pleased to have all employees stay on and are planning on carrying out the business legacy that has been in place. Monahan’s Marine is a Yamaha Key Dealer, and represents Tidewater Boats, Highfield Inflatables, Load Rite and Venture Trailers.
