AIA New England’s award program highlights architecture firms that promote the advancement of emerging professionals through a combination of professional development and personal growth opportunities.

Qualifications for this award and for an emerging professional are set by the American Institute of Architects (AIA), defined as professionals who have completed their academic studies up to the point of licensure or up to 10 years after completion of their academic studies, including students and architects licensed 10 years or less.
