MKDA designed the corporate headquarters for Greenwich Associates. The firm relocated to 42,000 s/f on two floors at High Ridge Park Corporate Center located at 6 High Ridge Park. MKDA designed a 900 s/f mail and duplication room, where the firm produces its research documents and reports for financial companies, and a large pantry with a communal counter at the center core of the space. High Ridge Park C.C, which is owned by George Comfort & Sons, contains six buildings totaling 583,000 s/f of Class-A office space on 40 acres. Tenants include UST, Citizens Communications and TNS.
