Lee Kennedy Co. recently completed a nine-week renovation of Boston Beer Company's Tour Center. The team completed the project while the facility maintained a regular schedule of tours. Construction was limited to weekday work only to avoid disrupting the brewer's weekend tours. To accommodate the schedule, Lee Kennedy's team worked with on-site brewer staff to minimize construction impact and coordinate activities. The project included a mix of phased demolition and reconstruction to extend the tasting room, relocate the showcase brewing tank and create a new gift shop and restrooms. The team also performed extensive utility upgrades to all fire protection and systems.
