Woonsocket, RI Eric Schultheis and Kevin Casey of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal have completed a sales transaction at 220 Founders Dr. 

Schultheis represented the 20,876 s/f industrial building that is currently leased by CVS. Casey represented the buyers, G3 Properties, LLC. The investment traded for $1.65 million.
