Cushman & Wakefield senior directors Cathy Minnerly and J.P. Plunkett represented the seller, Sunreal Development. The buyer was represented by Ed Jarosz of CB Richard Ellis. 305 Myles Standish Blvd. is a 166,548 s/f warehouse/distribution center on 12 acres.
