Franklin, MA R.W. Holmes has negotiated a new 9,600 s/f industrial lease, and a renewal of 24,000 s/f, totaling 33,800 s/f at 40 Kenwood Circle.
IEH Auto Parts LLC, an automotive parts and products distribution company, signed a new lease of 9,600 s/f at 40 Kenwood Circle. R.W. Holmes executive vice president John Eysenbach and associate Mike Fahy represented the landlord, LMF Franklin Corp. in the transaction. Jim Speros, Jr. of Retail & Restaurant Advisors represented the tenant.
In another transaction at 40 Kenwood Circle, emissions control technology company Rypos renewed its 24,200 s/f lease. Eysenbach negotiated the renewal. R. W. Holmes serves as the exclusive leasing agent for the property.
40 Kenwood Circle is an R&D/warehouse/manufacturing building with Rte. 495 visibility and over 1,000 ft. of frontage on Rte. 495. It has custom designed suites in the multi-flex building, with private entrances and tailboard loading for each unit. The facility offers parking, and is one mile to Rte. 140 & 495.
